Mat Arnal  |  President
With over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, as well as 18 years of experience working with legal collection software and a degree in Information Management Systems, Mat Arnal is Collection Partner Solutions’ new President, hired in late 2020. Mat is newly married, and resides with his wife in Minnesota.
Jennifer Young  |  Director of Operations
Jennifer Young has worked in the debt collection industry for twenty years. She began in legal production, assisted with multi-state expansions, and managed production teams. In recent years, she has focused on operational aspects of business, specifically automation and development. She is also yellow belt certified in Six Sigma. Jennifer has two boys, ages 7 and 10 and a dog named Shadow and they enjoy exploring the great state of Colorado. She enjoys hiking, swimming, boating and life learning. Jennifer considers herself a curious individual and with a passion for growth in both her professional and personal lives.
Klint Kallies  |  Senior Product Analyst
As Senior Product Analyst, Klint is focused on cpX training and documentation as well as requirements analysis and quality assurance. He’s had two stints with the company, first from February 1999 to September 2012 and again from March 2020 to present. His software career of more than 20 years includes experience in software support, documentation, user interface development, help system development, business requirements development, systems analysis, quality assurance, and now makes use of all that experience as our senior product analyst. He is a Husband, Dad, Grandpa, Musician, Music Arranger and Worship Leader. He is a follower of Jesus. He loves his wife, and family, and people in general. https://www.linkedin.com/in/klintkallies/
James Burke  |  Project Director - EDI Engine
James Burke has been with Collection Partner since 2019, starting as a Legacy Support Rep and working his way up to his current position as Project Director for the EDI Engine. A passion for learning and creativity has driven James to seek out a greater understanding of cpX while looking for new and innovative ways to push the product further. Prior to working at Collection Partner, James worked in a variety of positions on and off set in the film industry, gaining an appreciation for what can be accomplished when a team of people set out to create something from nothing.
Wanya Fields  |  IT Help Desk
Wanya began his IT career as a Field Tech, providing PC support for Alabama, Georgia, Tennessee, and Mississippi. Throughout the years, he's been involved in several key roles for corporate development, boosting company morale, organization, and communication. A dog Dad, a huge soccer fan, and an MMA enthusiast, he enjoys spending with his dog, family, and friends. Wanya is focused on self-improvement to benefit his team and peers, as well as Collection Partner's clients.
Pavel Kravets  |  Solutions Engineer
Pavel Kravets is a Solutions Engineer at Collection Partner Solutions. Originally from Cherkessk Russia, Pavel now resides in Portland, OR with his family. Pavel has a background in Software Development and Legal Collections. Previously he was with Gurstel Law Firm P.A. He has been with the company since January 2021. In his free time, Pavel loves to watch crime and comedy shows. He loves listening to music and attending concerts. Additionally, Pavel enjoys exploring new hobbies like playing golf and going to the shooting range.
Jared Lindsholm  |  Comptroller
Jared Lindsholm joined Collection Partner Solutions in February of 2022 to serve as the company’s Comptroller. Jared graduated from the University of Wisconsin Stout with a Bachelor of Business Administration and an emphasis in Financial Services. Straight out of college he worked in the debt litigation industry for 13 years while serving as Assistant Manager of Accounting. During his time in the Legal Collections industry Jared was tasked with overseeing the daily operations in the accounting department, driving process improvement, managed accounts receivable, accounts payable and reconciliations, provided oversight on client audits and remediations, developed processes for new client requirements and assisted in preparing all firm financials. Jared is a father of 2, avid outdoorsman, loves hockey, football and golf and resides in the Minneapolis area with his wife of 10 years.
Anthony Strahn  |  Senior Business Analyst
Anthony Strahn joined Collection Partner in May of 2022 as a Senior Business Analyst, with over 13 years’ experience in the debt collection industry. Six of those years were spent at the firm level, managing both the collections and IT departments, while streamlining internal processes. Seven of those years on the software development side as a Business Analyst. Anthony resides in Shelby Twp., Michigan along with wife and two children.
Kaleb Brown  |  Software Support Analyst
Kaleb is a Software Support Analyst here at Collection Partner. He's been with the company since July 2018 shortly after graduating from The University of Alabama. Kaleb provides technical, bug, and accounting related support for our Legacy Collection Partner firms. He one Brindle Boxer named Shabba who really enjoys meeting new people everywhere we go. Hobbies include taking Sunday naps, Playing Magic: The Gathering, and watching football or Combat Sports.
Kim Siemer  |  Business Analyst
Kim is constantly analyzing, researching and collaborating with the Collection Partner Team to ensure cpX meets or exceeds client expectations. Kim has spent most of her career in the legal industry. Her background includes experiences from the court, law firm and forwarder industries, giving her a unique perspective into all aspects of a firm's debt collection needs. Her focus is on the user experience, client reporting and process flow improvements. In her spare time, she enjoys learning new skills, gardening, camping, road trips and caring for her family, dogs and chickens.
Andrew Glassford  |  Technical Writer
Andrew helps write and update the documentation for cpX. He’s also the narrator for the cpX tutorial videos. When he’s not spellchecking a page or recording narration, Andrew can be found going to school, church, sports, and theatre. His friends have affectionately christened him “a (non-practicing) intellectual,” and he hopes to begin practicing someday.
Jonathon Shirley  |  Business Analyst
Jonathon has over fifteen years of experience designing & implementing workflows; developing smart document templates; creating product & process documentation; and training colleagues, clients, & new users. He joined Collection Partner in December 2021.
Renee Tibedeau  |  Lead Quality Engineer
Renee Tibedeau is the Lead Quality Engineer at Collection Partner Solutions. She has worked in the debt industry for 18 years. Her journey began in the file room of a debt law firm. She worked her way up to handling the accounting department and software implementation. She worked at a competitor collection software company for 7 years as a quality assurance analyst, business analyst and quality service manager. She began working at Collection Partner in May 2022. She lives with her husband, 2 children, dog and 2 bunnies in MI. Her hobbies are crafting, reading mystery novels, jigsaw puzzles and spending time with her family.
Tanner Lyons  |  Backend Developer
Tanner Lyons has worked for Collection Partner f.k.a Hubbard Systems for five years now. He started as a Support Analyst for legacy Collection Partner, but eventually became part of the cpX development team, where he previously held the roles of DevOps Analyst and Implementation Engineer. He currently works as one of the team's Backend Developers. Tanner is a Computer Science student and soon-to-be graduate of the University of Alabama at Birmingham. Outside of work, he enjoys art, music, and computer programming.

Technical Support Manager
Responsibilities include managing a team of technical support specialists providing over-the-phone service to customers; follow up with customers to gauge their satisfaction with problem resolution; assist customers with technical support of CPS applications; mentor teammates on standards of excellence. Remain informed of best practices and standards for continuous improvement; assist with escalated problem resolution by way of hands-on support to end users when necessary; act as primary point of contact for escalation points, develop and maintain client relationships by understanding current and future needs of clients; previous experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus, as is previous experience in the legal collections field.
Java Developer
• Responsibilities include maintaining, enhancing, and documenting existing APIs leveraged by CPX application and its customers. Knowledge of development and consumption of REST APIs, as well as creating and troubleshooting SQL statements is required. • Hands-on experience with creation and implementation of unit tests is a plus. • Previous experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus, as is previous experience in the legal collections field
QA Automation Engineer
• The QA Automation Engineer will be responsible for creating, maintaining, and documenting repeatable, automated routines for testing CPX applications to ensure timely and high-quality releases. Tests will need to be crated for both REST services and React-based desktop applications. • Demonstrable experience with the creation of macros or other scripts used in the testing of applications and REST services is required. • Previous experience working in an Agile development environment is a plus, as is previous experience in the legal collections field. • Experience in a DevOps or CI/CD environment, including working with Jenkins or CircleCI is a plus.
